The Rappu Tengo 6

Consists of Hotate (Scallop), Salmon, Shime Saba (Mackerel), Toro (Fatty Tuna), Crab and Engawa (Flounder Fluke Fish). Comes along with rice ,seaweed (12pcs), wasabi,ginger and soya sauce.

The Rappu Jigo 6

Consists of Shitake, Edamame, Takenoko (Bamboo Shoots), Iburigakko (Smoked Daikon), Teriyaki Tofu, Nasu Katsu (Panko Fried Eggplant). Comes along with rice ,seaweed (12pcs), wasabi, ginger and soya sauce.

The Rappu Vegan 6

Consists of (Hokkaido Grade A Uni, F1 Wagyu, Engawa (Flounder Fluke Fish), Toro (Fatty Tuna), Ikura, Hotate (Scallop) and Caviar. Comes along with rice, seaweed (12pcs), wasabi, ginger and soya sauce, a bottle of RAPPU sake (50ml).

Shochikubai Shirabegura Sparkling Sake Btl (300ml)

Highly aromatic with notes of pineapple, mango, banana &amp; fruit candy. Juicy fruit on the palate, yet refreshingly light, with a hint of minerality. CEL24 is a Kochi-only yeast type
Very modern style of Japanese Sake. It is super aromatic, with a nose of almost pure pineapple. Great for pairing with Western Cuisine. It swept up a lot of awards in 2019 based on its originality.

Cel 24 Junmai Daiginjo Btl (720ml)

Melon, cream cheese and strawberries on the nose. Silky texture, mineral and crisp from the mid palate onwards. Tight structure, gentle savoriness.
This is a Junmai Ginjo made using handcraft techniques. This gives it a more artisanal appeal. Also good drunk warm.
